Bajirao Mastani is enjoying greater profits even in the 3rd week of its initial release, with collections of more than 200 crores the movie has shown the indomitable potential in acting of Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh with the direction of Sanjay Leela Bhansali. On the box office, the movie has definitely proved itself as one of the most grossing movie of this year and the last year.
In the initial week of release, Bajirao Mastani has collected huge amounts from the industry totaling more than 86 crores as the movie’s income in India on the second week the average collection remains 5 crore daily but due to New Year celebrations, the talkie has minted a good money.

Occupancy remains higher even in the third week of its release, occupancy has been observed to around 40% in metropolitan cities on the weekend, i.e Saturday and Sunday. Film has a weekend total of 46.77 cr nett, week one total of 86.15 cr nett and 155.05 cr nett after 16 days. Joining the overseas collections of 68 crores, for which it has been released on an over 800 screens worldwide it gives a whopping figure of 223 crores.
The budget of Bajirao Mastani was 120 crores in total. The movie is expected to mint over 250 crores in the upcoming week. Pinga and Deewani Mastani are the most popular songs from Bajirao Mastani. Film did well in overseas despite competition from ‘Star Wars’ and ‘Dilwale’.
