Razer is going to launch its new Phone 2 in a keynote event to be held on Wednesday in Los Angeles. The live stream will start at 6:30 pm PT and here’s how to watch it online. It is highly expected that Razer is organizing this event to launch a smartphone of some sort. We put all bets on Razer Phone 2.
Back in September itself, the company had sent invites to all big media publications and influencers for the October 10 event. But, there was no mention of the follow-up of the original Razer Phone. However, the outline present on the invitation card resembles to a phone.
Also, we already know that a new phone by Razer has been in works for quite some time now. Amidst the hype, the company dropped the price of the original Razer phone by $300-$400. It was originally launched at $700. So, that’s a huge drop in the pricing. Maybe the company wants to clear the stock as much as possible.
It’s just a few hours more until we will get to know what exactly is the company after. The Razer Phone was released last year. It was the company’s first flagship Android gaming smartphone. It got ultrasmooth Android performance with its 120Hz screen and impressive speakers.
However, the camera still needs to be improved, especially in low-light conditions.
