Regarding his first ever procedure/surgery, he said that he was going to be a visual entity, so he had to look good. He founded the band ‘Dead or Alive’ in 1980 and got to feature in several reality TV shows later on.

Pete also confirmed, earlier this year, that he has gone through more than 300 procedures to fix botched surgery on his face. It made him depressed and fought for his life. He liked himself to be called Frankenstein’s monster and had vowed to go under the knife to get a perfect physical body.

Once he said that he had already gone through 300 surgeries and when he would face God at about 80s, the God probably won’t recognize him.
