Chris Brown has allegedly threatened a woman inside his house. And now, the Los Angeles police department is investigating the woman’s claim that the R&B singer pointed a gun at her at his Southern California home early Tuesday. TheReporterTimes was told by the law enforcement sources.
The sources, further, revealed that the unidentified woman reported to police by claiming that he pointed the gun at her before she left his gated estate in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Tarzana. The LAPD picked that call at around 3 am the local time from his house. Then, several patrol cars came to the reported area.

The sources told TRT that the 27-year-old singer refused to come out and opted to stay inside rather than talking to the officers. Moreover, it is also being reported that other witnesses also didn’t cooperate fully.
The “Run It!” singer didn’t talk to the LAPD and instead posted a picture from his house on the official Instagram account. On the social platform, he ranted that he is fed up of the police coming to his home regularly.
He posted the following status.
“Every three months, Y’all come up with some thing, bro. What is it? What’s going to be next?” he asked, adding, “At the same time, when I call the police for stalker people … they don’t come until the next day.”
Mark Geragos, the attorney for Chris Brown also didn’t return calls at the immediate response for comment.
Police weren’t let to enter the house and instead they were told to come up with a warrant to enter the property. This case is being handled by the Robbery-Homicide Division of LAPD. The same department investigates the cases related to the high profile and complex murders and robberies along with VIPs and celebrities.
LAPD Lt. Chris Ramirez still emphasized that the division must still “interview the victim and any potential witnesses that may be involved in this incident that occurred at Mr. Brown’s house.” He told it during a press conference and added that the detectives would interview Brown too.
Updates:
- LAPD got the search warrant hours after the singer asked for it to proceed the investigation. A dozen people came out with their hands up. Police searching for the alleged weapon, gun. No arrest so far.
