Another controversy has befallen Ezra Miller. A protective order has apparently been applied for by the parents of an 18-year-old activist Tokata Iron Eyes against the Flash film actor.
A well-known young environmental activist named Tatata Iron Eyes has apparently spoken out in support of Ezra Miller, but her parents reportedly want the courts aid in getting her back.
Chase Iron Eyes is Tokata’s father, an activist, attorney, politician, and member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe. According to the legal documents, The Reporter Times can confirm that when she was 12 years old, Tokata met Miller when he was 23.
The parents’ animosity grew over time, and the documents say that Miller supplied an underage Tokata with alcohol and drugs. The relationship of Ezra and Tokata grew over years.
A seemingly Tokata Instagram account, though unverified, released a statement. The statement includes a video of Tokata and Miller, as well as Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez follows the account.

According to the statement, “comrade Ezra Miller” offered Tokata “loving support and critical protection.” The apparent Tokata statement goes on to say, “My father’s accusations have no validity. . . . I am now aware of the intensity of emotional and psychological manipulation I was subjected to while living at home with my parents.
According to the court documents, certain key periods in their friendship are highlighted. Miller met Tokata when he visited the Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota in 2016.
Miller had previously visited the region, and appears in a 2012 video alongside Chase Iron Eyes at The Black Hills in South Dakota.
According to the allegations, Miller then brought Tokata to London in 2017, when she was 14 years old, to visit the set of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, which was being filmed at that time.
The relationship blossomed, and Tokata’s parents accused Ezra of giving their daughter alcohol, marijuana, and LSD when she was underage. They also accuse him of disrupting Tokata’s education at a private institution in Massachusetts in December 2021, which caused her to leave.
The report goes on to state that the parents journeyed to Miller’s Vermont home in January 2022 to get Tokata, but that she did not have her driver’s license, car keys, or bank card. The parents also claim they discovered injuries on Tokata’s body, which they blame on Miller.
Tkata fled to New York City with Miller and returned to Vermont, Hawaii, and Los Angeles with him. According to TMZ, Tokata was with Miller when he was arrested in Hawaii recently.
According to the documents obtained by her parents, “Ezra uses coercion, threats of violence, fear, paranoia, hallucinations, and drugs to dominate a young adolescent Tokata.”
Tokata Iron Eyes’ Activism
Tokata has long been a vocal activist. She met Greta Thunberg in 2019 while protesting climate change and the planned Keystone XL Pipeline, according to reports. In January 2020, she was featured in the Disney+ series Marvel’s Hero Project.
A video uploaded to the Instagram account on which Tokata said she was speaking out against her father just featured Miller. On Sunday, a tiny clip showed her sitting next to Miller, who is smoking.
Ezra Miller’s legal troubles
This is just the latest in a long line of interesting Ezra Miller legal issues. Miller was arrested in Hawaii earlier this year after an alleged physical altercation with other customers at a karaoke bar. At the time, Miller was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.
After being released from jail, Miller was arrested yet again for allegedly throwing a chair at a woman. A video of Miller shouting at the arresting cops was made public.
“Shortly after 1 a.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2022, a 29-year-old visitor from Vermont was arrested for second-degree assault after an incident at a residence in Pāhoa,” says the Hawaii Police Department’s statement.
