Doctor tells all not to worry as they cleaned off the poison from her stomach, but Ruhi ha got high fever and she is must recover from fever or poison might her brain. Ruhi chants Ishi Maa and Doctor asks them to get her Ishi Maa as she might wake her up from her fever. Amma consoles Mrs. Bhall and says nothing will happen to our Ruhi. Mrs. Bhalla says how did this happen and remembers Vandu helping her in the kitchen and says it to Amma. Amma says she can’t be, even though she is in bad state, she wouldn’t do that and Mrs. Bhalla says maybe she forgot. Sarika smiles seeing this and says her trick didn’t go waste.

Raman worries and calls Abhishek and explains everything and Abhishek says he will do something. He calls Niddhi and she comes and says so you took my suggestion by giving poison to your own daughter. Niddhi says she has taken judge’s sign and Ishita will come out now. Bala talks to Amma and she says not to get Vandu here as they are all thinking it is Vandu’s doing and Vandu hears this and asks Bala what happened to Ruhi and asks him to go the hospital and she will take care of kids. She worries and thinks how can they think so?

Ishita comes and cries seeing Ruhi and shouts Ruhi’s name loud and Ruhi wakes up and she hugs her and cries. Raman gets teary eyed and hugs them. Everyone get relieved seeing Ruhi recovering from fever and Mrs. Bhalla hugs Ishita.Doctor comes and says Ruhi is recovering now. Raman surprises Ishita by lighting a candle in sandwich and wishes her happy anniversary and she hugs him. They celebrate and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein plays.
