Sultan 4th/5th Day Collection 4/5 Days Sultan 1st Saturday/Sunday/Weekend Box Office Business and Occupancy Report: Sultan movie has become the blockbuster of all times by crossing 200 crore worldwide box office earnings in less than 4 days. The rate of more than 50 crores has fallen because of many subsequent events. (check: Splitsvilla 9 episode 7.)

Initially, the movie released a day before Eid, which helped it to sustain on the both days. On the third day, the collections were bitten down, but craze continues. The fourth day comes with a weekend; weekends are always good for every movie’s earnings in India. Minting out the best from every opportunity, Sultan collection from around the globe successfully crossed 200 crores benchmark.

2016 was the year in which many movies like Fan, Airlift, and many others suffered a huge to cross 200 crores as lifetime collections. However, Sultan’s case was different as it passed the same limit in just a span of 4 days. Initially positive responses have been observed from the countries like USA and Canada.Later Pakistan and UAE also joined the row in overseas collections.

Earlier only Shah Rukh Khan’s movies used to work well in the overseas market. With the delay in Salman’s marriage, it appears that his fan following is also increasing throughout the world. (read: Sultan Review.)

Released with over 4352 exact screen count in India and 1100 screens worldwide. The film observed more than 60% houseful shows in many of the theaters. Occupancy remains all time high.

4 Days Sultan 1st Saturday Box Office

Initially, the occupancy was around 70% on the opening day in leading cities. The occupancy grows to around 72% on a subsequent weekday. On Friday, there was a little drop of 10% and only 60% was observed. Saturday shows remain houseful in many theaters.

Sultaan Opening Day Overseas Box Office Collections – $3.04 million (Rs. 20.50 cr)

Sultan 2nd Day Collection – Rs. 37.20 crores (domestic) + $3 mn (overseas)

Sultan 3rd Day Collection – Rs 31.50 Crores (domestic) + $2 mn (overseas)

As far, the Saturday shows of the movie show a positive response to the film’s collections. The overseas earnings till now are more than 60 crore rupees of which 50 crores belongs to the first three days.

All metrics are not positive for Salman’s latest release as it was not able to break ‘Happy New Year’ box office earnings on an opening day. The talkie remains third in the list getting laid behind by 44.97 crore day 1 record of Happy New Year and 41.75 days 1 record of PRDP (Prem Ratan Dhan Payo).

Eid effect has definitely affected the collections as the earnings grown multiple times because of the festive season. Film collected 3.04 million $ (20.5 cr) on day one in overseas which is fantastic considering mid-week release in the overseas market. It’s not usual for a film to perform that well, but it was Eid all around the globe.

The movie collected highest ever opening number in Pakistan beating many Pakistan’s home production films (2.2 cr,3.45 cr PKR) and Gulf (1.4 million $). Film took outstanding start yesterday too, and it collected 37.20 cr net as single screens were a lot better than day one.

The film moreover collected more than 31 crores on Friday seeking that it was a working time in the domestic market.

Sultan collections has three-day total earnings of 105.34 cr nett, and the overseas total was 50 cr plus. Moreover, being a holiday for the last 2 days, it’s expected that the movie will cross the benchmark of 100 crores in 2 days (Saturday and Sunday).

The expected collections for Saturday are 41 crore rupees. Totaling the BO collections to 200 crores in 4 days.

Theatres main price double kar diya hae toh collection toh itna ayega hi.If Salman is really for the people the price of the tickets should be kept for a common man.In Mumbai where the ticket rates were 200 to 250 for a amovie are doubled to 400 and 500 bucks normal seats.Theatres where there are 2 screnns would charge 100 are charging 250.
