Lacchimdeviki O Lekkundi (LOL) Movie Review
Analysis:
The first half of the film has been engaging and interesting at parts and when the major plot of the movie has been revealed, the director fails to create the needed interest among the audience. The entertainment levels go down and the needed twirls failed to create much impact among the audience. On the whole, the first half of Lachimdeviki O Lekkundi is not bad and not that impressive.
With the second half of the film playing the crucial role, the movie fails to make the minimum impact because of the completely confused narration throughout. The movie dips down badly to an extent that nothing can save the film from the debacle. The pre-climax and the climax episodes have been completely predictable and the second half of LOL ends on a below average note.
Performance:
Naveen Chandra who proved his performance skills wanted a huge break and he expected it with Lachimdeviki O Lekkundi. He has done a stupendous job for his character which brings him a decent name. Lavanya Tripathi too has been engaging and glamorous in the film. Ajay has done a baddy in the film and he has been perfect and apt for the role. Jayaprakash Reddy entertained the audience in some of the episodes in the film. All the other actors have been decent with their roles throughout.
The story of the movie has been thin and untouched till date. But the screenplay lacks grip and the dialogues lacked interest. The songs and the background score have been below the average line. The cinematography has been decent throughout and the production values have been completely good. The director failed completely to come up with a challenging film with his debut film. Lachimdeviki O Lekkundi will end up as a huge debacle.
