Express Raja 5th Day Collection 5 Days EP 1st Monday Box Office Business and Occupancy Report: Talented young actor Sharwanand has always been out of commercial track and he preferred films that elevate him as an actor and movies that receive critical acclaim. After a career of 10 years he scored his first commercial hit with Run Raja Run which has been directed by debutant Sujeeth. (see: Dictator collections.)
Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati produced the film on UV Creations banner which ended up collecting huge money. After this, Sharwanand teamed up with Kranthi Madhav for Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju which is said to be a romantic entertainer. Nithya Menon played the female lead in the film which ended up as a decent hit and impressed the multiplex audience.

Merlapaka Gandhi who made an impressive debut with Venkatadri Express starring Sundeep Kishan and Rakul Preet Singh narrated a story to Sharwanand which impressed him.
The movie is said to be a comedy entertainer which has been titled as Express Raja. Surabhi played the female lead and the film has been made on a budget of Rs 5 crores. UV Creations who produced Run Raja Run produced the film which has been wrapped up in record number of working days.
ExpressRaja surprised everyone as the movie released between a bunch of big films like NTR’s Nannaku Prematho, Balakrishna’s Dictator and Nagarjuna’s Soggade Chinni Nayana. With many big releases during Sankranthi holidays, the movie has been restricted to 300 screens across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
The movie opened to packed houses and it received decent response from the audience all over. It collected Rs 5 crores in its opening weekend which has been huge.

The flick is expected to end up in huge profits as the film recovered the complete investment in its opening weekend. The audience have been completely impressed with the entertainment in the film and the twists at the needed times.
Praveen Lakkaraju composed the music and the audio of the movie is already a chartbuster. Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati produced the film on UV Creations banner.
The makers have been criticized by the media and other filmmakers that they are over confident and releasing a small film between a bunch of big films. Sharwanand is quite happy as he scored his third commercial hit in a row.
