Balakrishna has been highly impressed with the script of the film and he has given his nod. The film has been shot exclusively in Hyderabad, New Delhi and Europe.
This mass entertainer showcased Balakrishna in completely two different roles in the film. The movie has been titled as Dictator which is shaped up as an out and out commercial entertainer. Anjali and Sonal Chauhan have been roped in to play the female leads in the film.

The second half of the film has been stylish with power packed action episodes which are the major highlights of it. The songs and the rich production values have taken the flick to the next level which has been produced by Vedashwa Cinema of Sriwass. Top production house Eros International bankrolled the film. The talkie collected Rs 29.4 crores across the world in 18 days of its box-office run all over.
Balakrishna has been quite excited with the success of the film and he even visited the theatres across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to entertain the audience. The satellite rights of the movie have been sold out for a whopping price of Rs 6.5 crores which is highest among Balakrishna’s films. Dictator is expected to make an overall business of Rs 40 crores which includes Rs 30 crores of theatrical collections.
