Blood Lad Season 2 News and Updates
Remember the main lead in the series? Staz! One of a favorable and exciting character to watch. Talking about the success of the manga, there’s no doubt in its positive response. Similar to this note, the producers thought that the animated series would also come out as a hit for them.
In the manga series, the characters were shown in brief which added value to it. But the same didn’t appear in the animated version. Remember Dek in the manga? The one who always handled Staz’s patrolling team. How can we miss Pantomime, the spy who was working for Wolf-Daddy? Yanagi’s character was also an exciting one. Yanagi was the one who was well aware of the presence of demons world.
After the series was launched, the IMDB ratings for it counted for 7.3 along with only 744 votes. This reflects the failure of the series in context with attracting the audience.

Blood Lad Season 2 Plot / Storyline
The story of BloodLad is set in a surreal world of living demons. The main focus of the story goes on Staz Charlie Blood who is one of a powerful vampire among the demons. Unlike his ancestors, Staz never goes for a human prey.
Indeed, he prefers a Japanese Otaku lifestyle which involves activities like reading manga series, following anime and playing video games with hi-tech gadgets involved. The demons world is not only ganged up by Staz itself. Further, Staz is the boss of one of the demons gangs present in the demon world.
One day, Staz becomes excited about a Japanese high school girl named Fuyumi Yanagi. She accidentally enters the demon world through a portal. This makes Staz much curious after knowing that a real human has shown her presence in the demon world.
When the two met, this was just a short duration of time as demons attacked the challenges of their territory. Meanwhile, Staz attempts to stop the demon. And here, Futumi is killed by some carnivorous plant and turned into a ghost. Staz tries to bring her back to life by pledging.
The only way to save Fuyumi was to make her drink Staz’s blood. In a meeting with Hydra Bell, it was revealed that Fuyumi’s ability to open and close the portal was disappearing. In this concern, the Book of Resurrection was the only remedy.
