Azhar 7th Day Collection 7 Days Azhar 1st Week/Thursday Box Office Report: Azhar movie featuring superstar Emraan Hashmi as Md. Azharuddin the controversial cricketer of all the times, is collecting huge amounts as Box office Collections. The earnings on the 6th day dropped a bit more in comparison to Tuesday. The occupancy of the film had been dropped huge in past time. Where the first show was screened with almost 25% occupancy in the theaters, the 6th day show had came low only to 5-7% occupancy in some areas. Despite collecting huge audience on the weekends, the movie turned out to be failure on the weekdays.

As the temperature touches 50 degree in the Nation’s capital, people are avoiding to watch the movies in the theaters. Decrease in trends can be seen clearly with the after effects. The film was initially released in 2500 screens throughout the country. Gujarat, Mumbai and South India are the main areas where film is doing good business.

Budget: Its seems hard that big cinema will be able to meet out the production budget of 28 crores in the first weekend. Moreover, around 12 crores had been spent on marketing, printing, promotion and publicity, totaling the budget of the movie to 40 crores Indian Rupees. Kumar Mangat had purchased the rights for 22.5 Crores. Music rights have been sold to approx. 4 crores.

The flick’s collections increased on Saturday and Sunday collecting good figures of 7 crores and 7.50 crores respectively. Although the trends were expected to go down after seeing this, but it’s always better to wait for the final moment. After leaving the first weekend total of 20.80 crores, the movie continuously dropped for 3 days at the rate of 15-20%.

Friday Collections: On Day 1, the movie occupancy opens with 25% average occupancy with a positive response from the metro cities. The collections for the first day was 6.30 crore rupees.

Saturday Collections: On Day 2, the occupancy decreased in the rural areas with a hike in urban areas. The overall response towards occupancy from the metro cities was 30% and the collection for the 2nd day was seven crore rupees.

Azhar weekend Collections: The movie collected 7.8 crore rupees on the third day totalling the box office collections to 21.10 crores till now.

Monday Collections: As expected, the movie targeted a particular audience and failed to impress the same people on day 4 totalling the BO earnings for the fourth day to 2.90 crores rupees only.

Azhar Tuesday collection: The final report is yet to come but the collections for the 3rd day was, according to sources are more than nine crore rupees on Sunday, totaling the first-weekend collection earnings to 22 crore rupees.

Azhar sixth Day Collections were around 2.65 crore Indian rupees according to initial reports. The movie had impressed a good amount of audience and expected to grow this weekend, totalling at least 40 crores as the lifetime earnings. The Collections for 6 days period were 29 crores rupees.
