One of Aamir Khan fan from Pakistan uploaded entire Dangal movie (leaked) on Facebook resulting massive loss for Actor and Producer. Fan named Hashmi belongs to Chakwal, a Municipality in Punjab state of Pakistan. Last this year, many Indian films either blocked for release in Pakistan or producers willingly avoided the country for piracy issues.
The film had been watched for more than 300K times on the Social Networking Website. More assuming, even after filing the report, Facebook believes that the uploader hadn’t violated any terms. More than 11 hours had been passed and no action been taken by the SM Giant facebook against the uploader.
It seems UTV motion pictures and Zee Studios are not aware about the same. It would be interesting to see what action state police will take against the uploader for infringing rights of an Indian Producer.
Going through the profile, the culprit seems to be a Blogger based in Pakistan. It appears he was aware about the copyright issues by going through the profile. Since India and Pakistan are not easy in bilateral relations, an action against the uploader will be appreciable. .Going through the quality of upload, it appears that the person in question had procured the same directly from a cinema owner.
By his behaviour he seems to be a fan of superstar Aamir Khan. More details are awaited
